David Alexander MD is the Chief Medical Officer for NASA’s Moon to Mars program at Mission Control in Texas. He’s also the senior flight surgeon supporting the ISS. So…he literally lives and breathes in the world that most of us only get to glimpse in the movies. He’s been with NASA for almost 30 years, and he is currently up to his eyeballs in the Artemis missions this year that will return us to the moon!
